Fraud

I scheduled an appointment with this dentist for my kids and I need to reschedule and when I called they told me that my appointment was the day before. I had the card to show the dae of my appointment and took it in to show them. They told me that was not the handwritting of anyone in their office and refused to schedule any more appointments for my kids. They said we missed two appointments and was on state insurance they would not see us again. I asked what they met by two appointments and they said I have two kids two appointments. They said if I pay it out of pocket I could schedule another appointment. The secertary said that each person who does not get assistance gets two missed appointments per person. I never even received a call to remind me of the appointment. I have reported this to the state and they did nothing about it. Just before they did this to us, I went to see the same dentist. I have been to many dentist in my life and this is the first one that has ever hurt me and all he was doing was replacing a cap. I have had gum surgery, and root canals and none have ever hurt me this bad. It hurt worse than having my wisdom teeth out.
